We use both Sarnafil and Hertalan singly ply membranes for areas of flat roofs. These roofing system have a life expectancy of 40 to 50 years.

We design our flat roofs to have minimal falls, typically just above 1 in 80, however both systems are unaffected by standing water and can be laid completely flat. Box gutters are usually designed to be perfectly level and will therefore hold water. Similarly, some orangery roofs may incorporate level sections, particularly near the outlets but this does not present a problem.

We have been installing single ply roofs for almost fifteen years, hundreds of our orangeries have benefited from this product with virtually no issues.
